Shipping policy

After each successfully placed order, we will send an email to the account provided with the details of your purchase.

LOCAL DELIVERY (greater Houston area):

We try to deliver within 24 hours but it can take up to 48 hours. We will reach out to coordinate a convenient delivery time and to get any last minute delivery instructions. You will be notified once the package has been delivered.

SHIPPING

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package, and your destination. If you qualify for our free shipping threshold [any shipment under 1 lb total weight], this will be automatically applied at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has processed (usually 24-48 hours)

Any out of stock items or items that become out of stock will incur an additional 5-7 days before shipping or delivery
